This office space by Inhouse Design Studio is a great example of how a large-scale workplace can feel both high-energy and deeply connected to nature. The design centers on a "never done, always innovating" philosophy, which shows up in the clever mix of raw industrial bones and warm, sustainable finishes. One of the standout features is the massive timber social staircase in the lobby; it’s not just for getting from A to B, but works as a natural gathering spot for the team to hang out or hold informal presentations. Throughout the space, you’ll see a real commitment to sustainability, particularly with the use of proprietary recycled materials for the flooring and furniture that give the office a unique, tactile feel while keeping things eco-friendly. The studio also did a fantastic job of weaving the client’s heritage into the environment without it feeling like a typical corporate office. Instead of big logos, they used subtle storytelling through large-scale photography, CNC-routed timber panels, and vibrant murals created by global artists. There’s a strong biophilic thread running through the whole project, from the lush living walls in the dining areas to the way natural light floods in through the double-height glass walls. By blending these organic elements with industrial touches like exposed ductwork and sleek LED lighting grids, the team created a workspace that feels modern and functional, yet incredibly inviting and full of character.
