About the Project

InHouse Design Studio proudly presents Eventide, a recently completed 400m² luxury residential interior design project in exclusive Clifton, Cape Town. This Atlantic Seaboard apartment is a testament to incredible attention to detail, an abundance of high-end, luxe finishes, and a sharp focus on beautifully honed natural materials. The client desired a truly unique space, unlike any they had seen before. With this in mind, the InHouse Design Studio team collaborated with key suppliers to source a series of world-class fittings and surface materials, with all joinery custom-designed for the space and the client’s specific needs and expectations. The prime seaside positioning informed the sophisticated tone-on-tone and deeply textured interior scheme. Routered marble cladding is artfully juxtaposed against highly polished solid marble flooring, while engineered timber flooring provides a suitable foil for bronze-tinted glass and mirrors. The entrance hall immediately sets a tone for understated glamour, thanks to its feature, back-lit Onyx stone wall. Throughout the apartment, bespoke integrated lighting solutions enhance the ambiance. Comprising three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and expansive living areas both inside and out, Eventide offers unparalleled comfort. The impressive master suite boasts a custom-designed dressing room area and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, complete with a double vanity and double shower. Seamlessly extending the living area outdoors, the magnificent terrace, pool, and entertainment area overlook the Atlantic Ocean. This space is tastefully landscaped with water-wise plants, and further integrated lighting, alongside a focus on natural materials, amplifies the sense of understated luxe living. Eventide by InHouse Design Studio is a definitive example of exceptional interior design in Cape Town, delivering a sophisticated coastal sanctuary that redefines luxury living.
