Inhouse Design team proudly presents the exquisite luxury residential interior design of a penthouse apartment at The Fairmont in Sea Point, Cape Town. Our visionary interior design transformed the building's 12th floor into a dream luxury residential space, showcasing unparalleled sophistication and style. The penthouse refurbishment features a bespoke walk-in cellar, a state-of-the-art modern kitchen, and a breathtaking spiral staircase crafted from steel, embodying the pinnacle of luxury residential living. For this prestigious Cape Town project, the Inhouse Design team embraced a bold and opulent aesthetic, perfectly complementing the apartment's magnificent wrap-around views. The ultra-modern interior is distinguished by striking accents of black steel, dark marble, and glass, which collectively create a new, daring aesthetic that redefines luxury residential interior design in Cape Town. In thoughtful contrast to the prominent dark tones in the entrance and entertainment areas, we introduced a lighter, more delicate color scheme for private spaces, such as the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring a harmonious balance throughout this exceptional luxury residential property.
