The client's vision for the Bordeaux apartment was to transform a dated interior into a sophisticated, contemporary coastal retreat that balances comfort with understated luxury. The brief called for a timeless design that maximizes natural light, celebrates ocean views, and enhances spatial flow while maintaining a calm, modern aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Sea Point coastline, the concept embraced a neutral palette layered with natural textures and refined finishes. Clean architectural lines, bespoke joinery, and thoughtfully selected furnishings created a sense of openness and serenity. The design focused on functionality and elegance, ensuring each space flowed seamlessly while reflecting the client's lifestyle and personality. The completed interior delivers a harmonious blend of sophistication and relaxation. Soft tones, tactile materials, and subtle detailing contribute to a refined yet inviting atmosphere.
