A 1,500 sqm Nike regional headquarters in the Midtown Tower, Tel Aviv, designed in collaboration between Inhouse Design Studio and local architectural practice A.R Grinberg Architects. This is a workspace that earns its place in the Nike EMEA portfolio not through repetition of a formula, but through a precise understanding of what the brand demands and what the city deserves.
The office is built around the tension between athletic energy and focused work. Bold typographic wall graphics, "NO FINISH LINE" rendered at architectural scale, set the tone from arrival. Biophilic design runs throughout: abundant indoor planting softens the open-plan floor and brings a quality of life to the workspace that no amount of ergonomic furniture alone can achieve. Polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings with geometric LED lighting, and warm timber slat wall panels create a material palette that is simultaneously raw and refined.
The social heart of the office is a café and canteen space with a basketball court-inspired floor, vibrant Nike brand murals, and a dark marble and timber kitchen. Yellow upholstered booth seating adds a jolt of colour. From the high-rise floor, the Tel Aviv cityscape stretches in every direction, a view that makes the city itself part of the interior. The result is a workspace that performs at the standard Nike expects and feels, unmistakably, like Tel Aviv.
