Perched at one of Fresnaye's highest points, with uninterrupted Atlantic Ocean views stretching to the horizon, this estate luxury penthouse represents Inhouse Design Studio's most complete expression of dual-register residential design. Two floors, two distinct personalities, one seamlessly resolved whole.
The sixth floor shifts register entirely. A darker, more modern contemporary aesthetic takes over, with expansive living areas. The indoor-outdoor entertainment area opens onto a pool terrace with panoramic views of both the Atlantic and Lion's Head, a setting that makes the architecture feel like a natural extension of the landscape rather than an imposition upon it.
